Independent comparison with ZL, and studies that need v101's detailed glyph-variant distinctions.

Cautions
Still includes the spurious label on f89v2 (upstream note 18). Locus and character counts are the upstream figures (Table 9; characters counted in STA1).
Changes from the previous release
Same text as 1b, with formatting cleaned up to conform to IVTFF 2.0 (upstream note 26).
