Convert a transliteration to another alphabet

Conversion changes only the notation used to write a registered file's readings, and reordering changes only their order (singulion order groups the text by physical sheet). It is not a new reading of the manuscript. The converted file keeps its link to the exact source file, records how it was made in a provenance header, and never replaces the original. Conversions use voynichlib 2.0.1.
